2. I take every precaution to ensure each plant arrives in optimal condition. However, factors such as temperature variations and handling during transit may lead to minor defects in appearance.

   This may include:

   • Browning or yellowing leaves

   • Minor damage to leaves or stems.

   • Delayed Shipments - I strive to ensure a timely delivery. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or carrier issues are beyond my control. I appreciate your understanding in such situations.

   • Incorrect Address Provided - It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. I cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during the ordering process.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
