I CANNOT ship to PO Boxes at this time.
I CANNOT ship outside of the United States.
I am dedicated to providing you with reliable shipping options. I use UPS Ground, UPS Expedited (2 business days) and UPS Express (1 business day) to ensure that your orders are delivered promptly. Please specify your preferred shipping method during the checkout process. Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should you need me to hold an order for shipping at a later date.
I take every precaution to ensure each plant arrives in optimal condition. However, factors such as temperature variations and handling during transit may lead to minor defects in appearance.
This may include:
Browning or yellowing leaves
Minor damage to leaves or stems.
I am not responsible for:
Delayed Shipments - I strive to ensure a timely delivery. However, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, or carrier issues are beyond my control. I appreciate your understanding in such situations.
Incorrect Address Provided - It is the buyer's responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. I cannot be held liable for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during the ordering process.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
The buyer is required to promptly submit a detailed inquiry, accompanied by relevant pictures that illustrate their specific concern, within twenty-four hours from the day their order is delivered.
